Feedback please!!

I've been working on this so long I can't see it anymore. John said I should throw some 'mistakes' in it so it looks less 3D and robotic... but did I take it too far? Been struggling to translate what I know about 2D animation into 3D, I have to admit.

Animagic...

As in it's magical that I finally managed to overcome the technical difficulties and get this animatic online at long last (albeit a bit low-res)! This hasn't really changed very much since the peer review.

As for progress... I've been animating the start of Scene 2, and the phrase "LET'S JUST DO IT IN POST!!!" seems to be cropping up every ten minutes.

An Animator's Guide

I took some time out from snorkelling to write up an 'Animator's Guide' to the animation controls on the three characters. Here's a random sample of the almost-finished guide:

OK, so it's not the prettiest thing in the world, but it doesn't need to be ;) The characters need a little cleanup and then they'll be ready to go!

Take THAT, rigging!

Oh... alright, so there are no karate kicks involved in Innocence, but I was sick of Floria being a frail old lady so today she's a badass old lady. Plus -

i think the rig might be finished

I have to type it in small letters because anything bigger and they will invoke the curse associated with saying such things, i.e. total computer meltdown.

Anyone who knows me personally may know that I escaped the Scottish snow for the tropical temperatures of the Philippines, but today I woke up to find it was RAINING. As in, monsoon style. Forecast is the same for tomorrow, so who knows - maybe i'll get the young floria rig done too!
